After a brief spell as a tech entrepreneur in Silicone Valley Grace realised her true passion was food. Inspired by her Aunt Dolly’s cooking and her own travels in India, Grace turned her front door into a takeaway called SpiceBox. She spent several years cooking at festivals before setting up @eatspicebox restaurant with her business partner Alpesh. Her first cook book SpiceBox was published April 2021.
