I met Julian when he worked at Bombay Sapphire. Julian created and lead their Glasshouse Project which took some of the world’s best bartenders through a two-day innovation immersion that encouraged them to play with side projects, build sustainability projects and develop new ideas.

Julian has launched a new company making English hedgerow vermouth and its ace.

Julian wasn’t always into booze. He’s done loads of other stuff. At one point he was the Queen’s personal chorister.
